RENTAL PROCESS
Please see the Rental Agreement for detailed information on the terms and conditions of the rental.
- A signed rental agreement, photocopy of drivers license, and non-refundable advance deposit of half of the rental rate is due within 10 days of booking.
- Balance of rental rate, tax and security deposit due 30 days prior to rental week.
- Payment by check or credit card. Credit card payments subject to a 3% service fee.
- All rates subject to 6% Maryland sales tax and 4.5% County room tax.
- $750 refundable security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure, baring any damage to unit.
Check-in is at 3:00pm on Saturday. Check-out is at 10:00am the following Saturday. Upon check-in, you'll receive a rental package with 4 parking passes, 12 facility passes, and reference manual.
Linen rentals can be arranged through PMI Rentals (800-320-7469) or Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental (800-422-2742).

- Maximum unit occupancy is 12
- Limit of 4 cars per unit on Sunset Island
- Pets are not permitted in any Sunset Island rental unit
- Senior Week rentals are not permitted
- Children under the age of 2 allowed in baby pool but not main pool
- No smoking in or on balconies of property
